As a Livingston County resident since 1971, Dean Tengel ABR®, has an exceptional knowledge of the local Real Estate market. Prior to earning a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University, he graduated from Brighton High School and has been fully engaged in the local culture his entire life. Serving on the township Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals for nearly 20 years has equipped him with a unique set of tools to assist clients with challenging Real Estate decisions. He has been assisting consumers buy, sell, remodel and invest in local Real Estate since 2003. The Tengel’s have three grown children that were educated through the Brighton and Howell area schools, the family currently resides in the Northshore Subdivision on Crooked Lake in Genoa Township.
